♠♠ Coated Art paper is a type of paint processing paper for printing.
♠♠ According to different purposes, it can be divided into: single-sided or double-sided coating.
♠♠ According to different packaging methods, it can be divided into: flat paper and web.
♠♠ GSM: generally 70 to 150 g/m2, and double-sided coating of 180 to 250 g/m2.
♠♠ Main features:
1. Paper is even and tight, whiteness is high (more than 85%)
2. The paper has a smooth glossy finish and a consistent coating, which makes it easy to get beautiful
and clear patterns and text after printing.

>> The main raw materials for coated paper are base paper + paint.
1. The basic paper :
♠ Uniform thickness, small stretch, high strength and good water resistance;
♠ There are no paper spots such as spots, wrinkles, and perforations on the paper surface.
2. The paint :
♠ It is composed of high-quality white pigments, adhesives (such as polyvinyl alcohol, casein, etc.) and
auxiliary additives;
♠ It is thinly and evenly applied to the base paper by a coater, then dried, and wound into a roll on a
reeling machine;
♠ Then sent to the supercalender for calendering and finishing;
♠ Finally cut, paper, and package.
